Not at all; hotels give us the same prices as you would receive by enquiring directly with them. Being in the industry we have access to many different booking channels and can compare their rates and terms, offering you those most suited to your needs. We can often book rates that are lower than published or include added extras such as breakfast or wi-fi. So we’ll save you time, money and stress by booking the best available rates and administering your bookings.

For individual ad hoc bookings, a credit card is required to guarantee reservations – this can either be a centrally held company card, or a card owned by the booker or guest. The card is held in the booking and would only be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show. Payment would then be made direct at the hotel by the guest.

Pre-payment is usually required for group bookings, and we can work with your hotel to agree the terms most suited to you.

There a many advantages to our bill-back service – you won’t need to make payments to hotels, chase hotel VAT invoices, process subsistence expenses or reconcile a card statement.

We pay hotels on your behalf and consolidate all bills into one invoice for the week’s stays. Our invoice will be supported by copies of all hotel VAT receipts for your input tax reclaim.
