We worked with the client to establish how far (and in which directions) they would be willing to travel outside the city centre in order to secure all rooms in the same hotel and in line with their budget.

The stay dates required by the client coincided with a major event in the city, so availability was very limited and rates higher than usual. We worked with the client to establish how far (and in which directions) they would be willing to travel outside the city centre in order to secure all rooms in the same hotel and in line with their budget.

We identified a range of hotels within the client’s budget and within easy driving distance of their offices and presented search results in a proposal which included hotel location, room types sourced, B&B rates and payment/cancellation terms.

From our proposal the client selected a flexible rate at a hotel which suited their needs, which we confirmed on their behalf; sending a comprehensive confirmation document featuring a detailed summary of all reservations made.

As flexible rates were booked, all rooms were guaranteed using the Booker’s credit card, with individual guests settling their room accounts on departure from the hotel.

We continued to assist the client in advance of their stay; actioning several name and date changes and confirming all amendments to them by email. We also re-confirmed all reservations on the arrival date to ensure check-in was as smooth as possible.
