Branded guest booking website

Specifically for group bookings, we also provide a dedicated booking website which can be fully branded with a company or event logo, event summary details and welcome message. Whether we’ve secured allocations with one or multiple hotels, all hotels, room types and rates agreed will feature on the site so guests can log-in, book their rooms and receive a branded confirmation of their reservation by email. Depending on how payment is agreed with the hotels, guests can either guarantee their bookings with a credit card or pre-pay.

Our booking website service is also available where companies have already sourced accommodation and need a solution for collating guest bookings – we simply apply a transaction fee for each completed booking, invoiced after the last check-out.

Free service

We largely work on a commission basis with the properties we book, so we’re able to offer our services free of charge. Where some inns, lodges and independent hotels don’t work on this basis we apply a percentage fee which is invoiced weekly. Our proposal documents include details, so you’d be aware of the applicable fee before booking.
