We identified suitable central London hotels within easy walking distance of the conference venue, sending the client a comprehensive proposal detailing hotel location, room types sourced, rates and group booking terms and conditions. Based on the number of rooms requested and the date of stay, we negotiated a number of complimentary room upgrades for the client.
From our proposal the client selected the hotel most suited to their needs, which we then confirmed on their behalf.
Contract paperwork from the hotel was reviewed by us before it was sent on to the client for signing.
We designed and implemented a dedicated branded website for event guests to book their rooms. Our management of the room block included regular updates to the client and hotel regarding room take up, release of unsold rooms according to agreed deadlines, production of rooming lists and arranging the final invoice to be sent to the client so pre-payment of B&B could be arranged.
